Though I seem to have recovered from my fever, some undesireable side effects still stayed on to haunt me.

For one, I feel an obvious weakness in my body now. I cannot believe I napped from 5pm to 8pm just now. I cannot understand why I get so tired so easily nowadays. Today I do not even have lessons…. and I was not doing REAL work at school. Hate myself for trying to act strong at the beginning of the course and chose this stupid combination. Now I am feeling the full effects of 2 stupid courses. One of which I cannot understand at all what the lecturer has been talking about all this while, and the other, a subject I cannot seem to grapse what is the importance of all the descriptive information.

With the exams hot on my heels, I still have 3 assigments to hand up. One of which I am leeching off my team mates. I am feeling fustrated for not being able to do more of the work because of my inablity to understand what the lecturer was talking about.

As usual, many people has a fake impression of me being clever and able to understand things easily(I used to believe that too), I cannot help but to feel helpless over the current situation now. I am but a normal boy in the cohort. Nothing fanciful about my brain. I am just another procasticator out there.

The drive I had during my first sem had long disappeared. The sinking feeling is getting heavier.

I have finally fallen.

All the late nights and lack of water has finally brought me down. Now I have fever and feeling aches all over. Hope is not dengue…..

Its a lousy time to get sick now since I want to get all my work down and start embarking on revision already…. Exams are so near but lectures are still on going… sad…

The parallel processing lab report is finally done.

63 pages !!!

I am now printing them at this holy hour of 3:22am. Cool
I how I wish this printer can print faster… I think it is printing like 2 sheets of paper per minute…. I think I can only sleep at 4 am again.

I hate myself for being such a lousy worker.

I have decided to embrace Open Office for my laptop though I know 99.99% of the people here are still using MS Office, I still think I wanna give this freeware a try.

I have tried to use it to open many documents and powerpoint slides without problems.

I almost think that it can be used to replace the whole of the MS Office when just now, I get a excel spreadsheet from a friend. He has generatered a few graphs in the excel file.

I opened the xls file with OO calc and I was thinking why did he not generate the graph fully and I was actually trying to redo the graphs… I am never a excel person, not to say the calc person. I spend like 1 hour plus trying to generate the graphs again and again, only to fail terribly. Finally I remembered that I should open the file in MS Office to see if my calc has opened the file as what my friend had wanted me to see.

I on my home PC and opened the file. OH YES!
The graphs are different on the 2 systems!
How I hate myself for doing extra ZERO work. I could have been sleeping if not for my lousy mistake!

I hope the OO can open the MS Office files more accurately next time….
Meanwhile, I will still stick to my OO on my laptop. I am beginning to love the difference!
