Late offer

I got one call from a company today.
This is how the story goes.
Last week, I was offered by company A and I will be attached to work in company B. I had went for interview in both companies. Company A replied first. I signed the contract a few days ago.
Now, company B called to offer me a job. It turns out that the person who was supposed to call me did not call me. Hence I missed out a chance for a better package…
