Migrate or Churn

Just got the news that Singapore will finally get the full number portability this June. This is good news to all mobile phone subscribers.
I was thinking about migrating my mobile plan or churn to another provider when I read about this news. Think this is quite timely 
I chose my mobile plan for convenience, now I am thinking of migrating to one that can suit me better. When my contract is up, I may just churn and join another provider.
First I need to find out what I need
