Had the chance to play with one when I was working at Mikoishi. Then Jit got one and then one more for his gf. The temptation is too much for me until I cave in. Now I am a happy owner of the blue set. :)

The touch screen offers many innovative ways of gaming. This added to the attractiveness to the set. One thing I do not like about the set is the WEP option for wireless connection. I set up WPA in my router and do not plan to downgrade to WEP just for playing multiplayer games. A small bug to me. Meeting up Jit and Reg for multiplayer gaming is just as good for me.

You are a hunter and you shoot ducks with a gun.

I have always wondered how it works. I finally find out today, after more than 15 years.

“Here’s what happens. You shoot at a duck, which appears on an ordinary TV screen. The gun is connected to the game console; pressing the trigger blackens the screen, then causes a duck-shaped white target to appear momentarily. If your aim is true, a photo sensor in the gun detects the shift from dark to light, and bingo–dead duck. In short, the TV emits the light pulse and the gun detects it, not the other way around.” – Source

Like my real driving, I find it hard to do the parallel parking. haha So I am stucked in round 3. Nonetheless, this game is good fun and can be used for training for newbie drivers and lousy drivers like me :)
